To change the color of the route your technician is assigned to and to change the colors of the pins on the route-map page, go to Employees on the left hand navigation. Search for one of your technicians.
Click on technician profile from the right hand navigation.
Scroll down to where you can adjust the color.
This will make it so the top of the route on the view/add page is color coded based on the tech's respective assigned color.
It will also change the color of the pins on the route->map page.
