How do I reschedule or schedule jobs for a specific day and time so I don't have to pull the jobs from the job pool each time?

Reschedule or schedule recurring jobs to specific times so I only have to schedule the customer once.

One place to do this is when you are initially adding the customer on step two of the customer creation.

You will need to select a specific time. If you just select a specific week and day, it will be in the job pool on that week and day. If you want the recurring jobs to show up on the route for a specific week and day, you will need to select a specific time as well.

If you want to schedule an existing customer's recurring jobs to a specific time so they show up on the route each time instead of in the job pool, there are a few different options.

Option 1: From the customer's scheduled services
Click on the Action button for the first of the scheduled services, then click Re-Schedule.

Option 2: From the Reminder Page

Option 3: From the View/Add Page
You can do this same action from pretty much anywhere in the system where the job is listed. On the View/Add Page, you can click on the job in the job pool or on the route and then follow the same process as in other areas in the system.

Option 4: From the Process Page

This feature is not recommended for customers who have a service frequency less than monthly. It has to be monthly or greater.
