How do I find my retention rates?

Find the accounts that cancel, are inactive or on hold.

The reports > delinquent report will give you a list of all customers who have cancelled, have been deactivated, or placed on hold. Armed with this data you can then apply it to your total number of customers (available at customers > view all) to come up with a attrition / retention rate.ย
