Job notes for technicians

This article will show you how to add job notes on existing and new jobs.

Existing Jobs

Route->Reminder

From the View/Add page, click on any existing job->action->edit job note.

Customer's profile->scheduled services->action->edit job note.

New Jobs

Customer profile->quick add service

View/Add Page
Click on the route on the time slot you want the job
