Can I add custom fields and who can see them?

You can add custom fields under settings->manage->customer fields

The technician will see it when he goes to service the job.

If you need to edit an existing customer's custom fields, go to the customer's profile-> edit service information->then scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window.
