Go to Leads->View All->Then click a lead from the lead list. This will pull up the Lead page. If the lead doesn't have a phone number, you will need to add a number and check this box
You will then see a dialog box and be able to send messages to your leads
You can also send them in bulk by going to Leads->Advanced Search->Submit the form with the search criteria of your choice->Action->Send SMS
