How do I find out which customers I have skipped to make sure no one falls through the cracks?

Skipped or missed appointments, jobs, services; reschedule

Sometimes you have too much work for your current staff or your technician ran into some problems on a certain day and wasn't able to get to all the jobs scheduled for him or her.ย 

If you want to find out which customers were skipped in a given time period, the Reschedule report is your best friend. Go to route->reschedule and select a date range to find out which jobs were due within that date range and weren't completed.
