Is there a tool in Pocomos to help with employee time tracking for payroll?

Yes. You can see the Time Clock report by going to Reports->Time Clock on the main menu.

If you don't see this report, your may not have the permissions to access this report or it may not be turned on for your office.

The Time Clock report is tied in with the Find My Tech feature and is a paid feature. You can learn about Find My Tech and the pricing here.

Once the Find My Tech feature is turned on from your office, you will be able to see the Time Clock report.

In order for data to flow into this report, your technicians will need to log in to the technician app and clock in...

When you first click into the report, you will be taken to the "Today" tab, which will show you how many of your employees clocked in today and have a table below of their hours.

If you want to pull data for dates previous to the current day, switch to the Timesheets tab. The default date range is the last two weeks. If you want to adjust the range, click on the dropdown menu and pick from a default range or choose a custom range.

The table will show totals for the selected date range. You can export the data for all of the employees into a CSV from the button at the top-right of the table.

If you would like to see detailed data for a particular employee for the selected range, click on the employee from the table and you will get a popup window that looks similar to the screenshot below. You can then download the detailed report for that particular employee.
