This is good for when you a customer needs to be done on a specific day but it doesn't matter what time the technician shows up.
First of all, you will need to enable "Anytime" scheduling under settings->configuration->scheduling.
On the view/add screen, you will now have an "Any" slot at the bottom of the route. You can drag the jobs into that slot so that they show up as "Anytime" on the process page. The jobs cannot be optimized in the "Any" slot. They will be in the order you put them in (first ones at the top).
It will then look like this for the technician.
If you want to optimize the route, you will need to leave the jobs on the route. You can still show that the jobs can be done anytime by changing the time slot label on the process page. Click on the time slot and a window will pop up where you can edit the time slot label.
