If you offer a variety of services that require difference licensing or skills to perform, you will want to schedule jobs for the appropriate technicians so you don't schedule a job for a tech that he/she isn't qualified to perform.
Pocomos makes it easy for you to determine which techs are qualified to perform which services.
When you schedule a customer, you can ensure that the technician assigned to the task possesses the necessary qualifications.
Go to Employees, click on each technician, then click on their technician profile. Check the service type each technician can perform.
This will show whether they are qualified or not qualified based on the service type. This will not prevent you from scheduling or adding customers, but it serves as a warning.

3. Click on Technician Profile
4. Check on the boxes that the tech is qualified for.
5. Click on Save Changes
After you have the service types set up and properly set up under a technician's profile, you will be able to see which techs are qualified to perform which services everywhere you can schedule a job in Pocomos:
