How do I show that a customer needs to be scheduled for a specific time?

You use the hard schedule feature: go to the view/add page->click on the job->action->hard schedule

The red lock will then show on the job throughout the system like shown below.

On the View/Add screen so the schedulers can see.

On the Process page so your technicians can see.
