So, your tech likes to wake up at 3 am and you want to start scheduling jobs at 4 am. To change the schedule head to settings > configuration > scheduling and edit the tech start and end times. This will change the start and end time for the view add page.
You can also click the "override single day" button if you want to change the schedule for just one day at a time.
