Email setup can be a bear. The major email providers all compete to make sure that they don't let spam through and there are a bunch of ways to get your emails flagged so that they don't get delivered. One thing that throws a red flag is to have a different domain (the @domain.com part of the email address) for the sender and the reply to address.ย
So, if the sender is system@mypestcontrolcompany.com and the reply to is Jim@thebestpestcontrol.com, then gmail and hotmail and all those guys will say, "Hey, they're trying to look like someone they're not!" Because of that, you have a higher chance of your email not going through. For that reason, we can't change just the reply to email address.ย
We can, however, change your sending email address and your reply to email to match. If you own your domain and use it for emails (meaning you have a custom URL and you aren't just using a webmail account like gmail), then we can set this up for you. It does require some custom web development work. If you would like to get a quote on what it would cost to get that set up. Send David an email at dtribe@pronexis.com
