  1. Device Tracking. See More

    1. Keep track of traps, bait stations, or other devices you use on your customers' properties. You can display the devices on a property map, inspect them, and report your findings in the new Inspection Details section on the invoice.

    2. This is currently in the web app only. Coming to the mobile app soon.

  2. Find My Tech. See More

    1. Find My Tech will enable you to see the live and historical location of your technicians. This will help you know where your techs are live in case you need to schedule a same-day job. This will also be useful in case you get a customer that calls and says your tech never showed.

  3. Time Clock. See More

    1. A new report to keep track of technicians' hours for payroll.

  4. Best Fit. See More

    1. Expanded to Customer Creation and Rescheduling.

    2. Also added more filters and best fit suggestions.

    3. This will make scheduling jobs for new and existing much more efficient

    2. Added functionality for individually and bulk updating preferred tech, map/route codes, adding tags, and removing tags.

    1. If you haven't seen the app in a while, you are going to want to check this out. The app is completely different from what it was a year ago.
