What’s the difference between a Project and a Recording?

In Async Creator, there are two different types of creations: Projects and Recordings.

A Project is a standalone audio or video file created within Async Creator.

A Recording refers to an audio and/or video recording that was recorded from within Async Creator’s virtual Recording Studio.
