If you want to change your Podia plan, you can easily do this in a couple of steps!
Changing your Podia plan
Click on your account name on the sidebar menu and select "Billing".
Click on "Manage" next to the plan you want to change (Podia Plan, Podia Email, or Podia Teammates).
Select Change plan via the drop-down menu.
On the next page, you will select if you would like to downgrade your plan or upgrade your plan. You can also change between annual and monthly pricing by using the options at the top of the plan comparison table.
Click on the button under the plan you'd like to change to downgrade or upgrade your Podia plan.
You'll be taken to a Stripe confirmation page. Review your information and hit Confirm when you're done.
If you are downgrading your plan, you will automatically be scheduled to move to the new plan at the end of your billing cycle.
If you are upgrading to a higher tier, you will be brought to a new window that will appear from our payment processor, Stripe, which will confirm the amount due today. Upgrading to a higher tier will take effect immediately.
Switching to monthly/annual billing
In your Dashboard, click on your name on the sidebar menu and select Billing.
Click on the "Manage" next to the plan you want to change (Podia Plan, Podia Email, or Podia Teammates)
Select Switch to yearly/monthly via the drop-down menu.
You'll be taken to a Stripe confirmation page. Review your information and hit Confirm when you're done.
If you are moving from annual to monthly: you will automatically be scheduled to move to the new pricing at the end of your billing cycle.
If you are switching from monthly to annual: you will be brought to a new window that will appear from our payment processor, Stripe, which will confirm the amount due today. Changing to annual will take effect immediately.
Your billing date will be anchored to the day you switch.
