If you need to locate someone in your audience, here's how you can search for them.
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
You will see all of the people in your audience listed here, including customers, subscribers, and members!
Use the search bar at the top to look for a specific account via their name or email address.
To see a person's individual information, click on the account name to open their audience profile.
And that's it!
