Editing your plan’s availability helps you control who is able to view and join plans in your community.

You can hide your plans if you don't want them to appear or close enrollment so no one can register.


How to edit plan availability

Here's how to edit availability settings for your subscription plans:

  1. In the sidebar menu, click on Community and then select Plans.

  2. Click on “Edit” next to the plan you’d like to change availability settings for.

  3. Scroll down until you find the Availability section and edit your plan's availability parameters. Once you’re done editing, hit “Save changes” to save your changes.

Availability settings for subscription plans control who is able to view and access each plan. These settings will not impact any existing subscribers of this plan.

Available availability settings for plans are:

Visibility

  • Visible: Available to join on your site.

  • Hidden:Not visible on your Community page on your site.

    • People can still join a hidden subscription plan.

Access

  • Open: Available for members to join.

  • Closed: Not available to join anywhere, but it can still be visible.


FAQ & Troubleshooting

Does changing plan availability impact existing members?

No. Changes you make to a plan's availability - such as hiding it - won't affect existing customers.
