For digital downloads, all files will be download-only.

Adding files to your products

In the sidebar menu, click on Products.

Then, click on Edit next to the product you'd like to edit to open up the product builder.
Now it is time to add your files! The button you will click will depend on the product type you are using.

Browse the files from your computer and upload them to Podia! And that's it! ✨

When you upload videos to an online course they will become streamable directly from your product.

You also have the option to control whether customers can download the videos or not.

We support the most common audio file types, including .mp3 and .wav, which are the preferred formats.

You can upload all types of files to Podia.

Only video and audio files will be playable inside your courses, all other files will be download-only.

If you want to have your files viewable inside your course, you can upload them externally and then embed them here on Podia.

I created the wrong product type! Can I change it?

No. Currently, you cannot change the type of your product, but you can create a new one with the correct product type.

What if I upload the wrong file? Can I replace or delete it?

Yes! You can easily replace a file or delete a file from your lessons.
