Want to delete an account from your Podia audience? No problem. We got you covered!
Deleting individual accounts
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
You can now see all of the people in your audience, including customers, subscribers, and members.
Use the search bar at the top to look for a specific person by their name or email address.
After you've located the account you would like to remove from your audience, click on the "..." button on the righthand side and select "Delete".
After selecting "Delete," you'll get a confirmation screen that looks like this. Confirm that you'd really like to delete the account by selecting "Delete account:"
💡 You can also delete an individual when viewing their audience profile by using the "..." button located on the top right of the page and selecting "Delete" there.
Bulk deleting accounts
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
Check the boxes next to the accounts you'd like to delete. You can select as many as you'd like and also make use of filters to narrow down your search.
If you've used filters to find specific accounts or would like to delete everyone in your audience, try the "Select all" check box located next to people count number. This will select the check box for every account listed in your view!
Click on the Actions button and select Delete.
From there, you'll get a confirmation screen that looks like this:
Confirm that you'd really like to delete the accounts by checking the "I have read and understand the repercussions" box and selecting on Delete accounts.
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
