FAQs

What happens if I’m over the limit and downgrade to a lower-tier plan?

If you’re over the limits of the plan you’re trying to downgrade to — for example, if you have 55 products and the lower plan supports only 50 products — you’ll need to reduce your usage before the downgrade can be completed.

Make sure to remove any items that exceed the new plan’s limits, such as products, videos, subscribers, or other usage-based features, so your account meets the requirements of the plan you’re moving to.
