Adding a background image
Here's how to add a background image to your site pages:
From your Podia dashboard, click on Website in the sidebar menu.
βSelect Edit site.
βClick on the section you'd like to add the background image to or click on the Pen icon to open up its editing options in the left-hand menu.
βFrom the left-hand menu, head over to the "Design" tab.
βClick on Add next to Background image.
βClick on Choose Image and pick a file from your Media Library, upload from your computer or search Unsplash.

After your background image is uploaded, you'll be able to modify background image options.
Here are the available settings for background images:
Blending: It determines how your background image will blend with the section background. You can play with the options or leave using the default option.
Opacity: Determines how transparent your image will be in relation to your background.
Blur: Increase/decrease the amount of blur on your image.
Grayscale: Determine the amount of gray we should apply to your image.
Contrast: Increase/decrease your image contrast.

Background images werenβt designed to act as full-width or hero images, so you can expect them to be resized and cropped depending on the device you're viewing them from.
Your background image will automatically resize to fit the size of the page section it has been applied to.
