By default, connecting Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and/or a Pinterest tag should be more than enough to track every information you need when it comes to visitors and conversions.

In some cases, though, a tool may require a specific URL to track a goal or conversion. In those situations, you can use a dedicated thank you page, sometimes called a “success” or “thank you” page.

On Podia, your community and each product have their own thank you page that customers see after completing a purchase.

Below, we’ll show you how to find and use these thank you pages for conversion tracking.

Note: While we’re happy to help with anything happening on our end, we can’t access your accounts with third-party tools. Because of that, our ability to help is limited.

For setup or troubleshooting with those tools, we recommend reaching out to the third-party provider directly.

Products & Courses thank you pages

Each product on your site has a unique URL. For example, a course called "Design for Developers" might have a page URL of /design-for-developers .

The thank-you page URL is very similar to the sales page URL: it simply adds /thanks at the beginning. The thank-you page for the example course above would be /thanks/design-for-developers.

So if your Podia site is located at store.example.com your URLs would be:

  • Sales page: https://store.example.com/design-for-developers

  • Thank-you: https://store.example.com/thanks/design-for-developers

Community thank you page

When someone subscribes to your community, they’re taken to the /members/thanks page.

So, if your Podia site is located at store.example.com, your community thank you page URL will be:

https://store.example.com/members/thanks
