Building a site is an ongoing process, and you may want to go back and update pages over time to keep them current.
With Podia’s Site builder, you can edit your site pages at any time. You can update text, replace images, or add new sections whenever you need.
Navigating to the page you want to edit
When it comes to editing a site page, you must first navigate to the page you want to edit.
Here's how to do it:
From your Podia dashboard, click on Website in the sidebar menu.
Click on the name of the page you'd like to edit to open up the site editor so you can make edits.
Adding new page sections
Adding new sections to your page allows you to add new content to your pages and populate it with elements you'd like to add.
Here's how to add new sections to your site pages:
Hover your mouse over the area where you'd like to add a new page section and click the “+” symbol.
Select the section you want to add using the left-hand menu based on the type of content you want to add (products, text , testimonials, etc.)
Pick from one of the pre-made design options the one that suits you best
Use the Content tab to modify the content of your section, such as adding text, buttons, etc.
Use the Design tab to modify the design of your page section, such as choosing colors, layout options, etc.
Repeat this process to add different types of sections to your pages. There's no limit to how many page sections you can have on your pages, so let your creativity flow!
Editing page sections
You can also edit existing sections you have on your pages if you ever want to modify its content or design.
Click directly on the page section you’d like to edit.
Use the left-hand menu to make modifications to this specific page section.
The Content tab allows you to modify the content of your section, and the Design tab allows you to change design options.
