If you have double opt-in enabled, you may see some Unconfirmed subscribers in your audience — these are people who haven’t completed the email confirmation step yet.
You can easily resend the confirmation email to these subscribers if they missed it or are having trouble confirming their address.
Resending a confirmation email to Unconfirmed contacts
Here's how to resend a confirmation email to unconfirmed contacts:
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
You will now see all of the people in your audience. You can use the search bar at the top to look for a specific account by name or email address.
Locate the unconfirmed subscriber you want to send an email confirmation to.
Click on "..." next to their name and select "Resend confirmation".
