Everything you need to know about setting up your MioCommerce account

In this guide we'll walk you through the first steps you need to take to start selling your services and managing your business online using MioCommerce.

Here are 5 steps to follow after registering with us and logging in to your MioCommerce account.

  1. Enter your company information.

1. Enter Your Company Information

a) In the left-hand navigation bar, select “Settings.” Go to “Company.”
b) Fill out the your company's information.
c) Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

2. Complete Your Personal Details

a) In the left-hand navigation bar, select “Settings". Go to “Personal Settings.”
b) Fill out your personal information.
c) Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

3. Integrate your other Apps through the App Market

You can set up your Apps anytime!

To set them up:
a) In the left-hand navigation bar, go to “App Market.”
b) Install the ones you would like to use.

4. Other Settings

You can do much more under Settings, such as:
a) Set up your notification preferences
b) Manage your company's operating hours, working & non-working hours
c) Manage your service area via zip code filtering.

5. Next Steps

You're now set to create your first booking page. You can choose an existing template, create one from scratch, or import one. For more details on creating a booking page, go to "How can I create a new booking page?"

Once completed, you’ll be able to see all your booking pages on your landing page. For details on what your landing page is, go to the landing page overview. To embed this booking page on your website, go to "How do I install a booking page on my website?"

Once your booking pages are complete, you’re ready to start selling online.

As you start receiving bookings, you’ll be able to see them either on “Bookings” or “Calendar” in the left-hand navigation bar. See Bookings/Scheduling Overview for a detailed explanation of how bookings/calendar fit into the MioCommerce platform.
