What notifications are sent to service providers?

Booking Assigned

Booking Assigned Notifications can be sent to your service providers whenever they are assigned to a booking in the Dispatcher.

Booking Unassigned

Booking Unassigned Notifications can be sent to your service providers whenever they are unassigned from a booking in the Dispatcher.

Booking Modified

Booking Modified Notifications can be sent to your service providers whenever the details, except the date of a booking they are assigned to has been updated.

Booking Rescheduled

Booking Rescheduled Notifications can be sent to your service providers whenever the start date or end date of a booking they are assigned to has been changed.

Service Reminder

Service Reminders are like Booking Reminders for Service Providers. They are sent to your service providers based on your configured settings in Settings / Notifications / Employees.

Schedule

Schedule Notifications are sent to your employees every morning at 5AM based on the company’s timezone, but only if they have assigned bookings within the following 24 hours. You can re-send a Schedule Notification to a specific service provider for a day by going to the Service Provider’s Profile and selecting the “Send Work Schedule” button in the right-hand side Actions Panel.
