Publish or edit an FAQ item to your custom MioCommerce website

In this tutorial, you will see how to add or edit an FAQ question to your website’s homepage and Frequently Asked Questions page.

Adding a new FAQ item

  1. Inside the Wordpress dashboard, click on FAQ in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on New in the top left.

  3. Give your FAQ item a title, this is generally the question being answered.

  4. Input the answer in the box titled “The answer”.

  5. Toggle “Is this a featured FAQ?” if you wish for this FAQ item to be shown on the front page of your website.

  6. Click on Publish in the top right corner, or on Save Draft to save your content and come back later.

Editing an FAQ item

  1. Inside the Wordpress dashboard, click on FAQ in the left sidebar.

  2. Select the FAQ item you wish to edit in the table of all FAQ items.

  3. Once in the editor, modify the content you wish to edit.

  4. Click on Update in the top right corner.
