In MioCommerce, you can reset Customer Portal password to help your customers regain secure access to their account. This allows customers to log in again and view their upcoming bookings, invoices and related details without creating a new account.
What happens when you reset a customer’s portal password
When you reset a customer’s Customer Portal password:
The customer receives a password reset email
Their existing account and booking history remain unchanged
Secure access to the Customer Portal is restored
No bookings, invoices, or customer data are deleted or modified.
How to reset a Customer Portal password
Follow the steps below to reset a password -

Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Go to Customers and select the customer
Step 2: In the right-hand panel, click Send Password Reset Email
Step 3: The customer receives an email with instructions to reset their password
Once completed, the customer can log in using their new password.
