You can now sort how your Service Providers appear in Dispatching. If you have inactive employees, sequence the higher priority or active ones at the top.

Please follow the below instructions to sort (or sequence) the way my Service Provider(s) appear in Dispatcher

Step 1. Click on "Service Provider Management" and go to Service Providers

Step 2. On the Service Provider List Page, use the up and down arrows to change the sequence in which they will appear both here and in Dispatcher.

Note - If you do not see the arrows, switch your view from Card mode to List mode.

Your Service Provider will now be sorted as per your preference under the Service Providers List as well as in Dispatcher.
