How to edit the Pogozo default email templates

Pogozo has a number of email features. You can use email for communications such as booking confirmations and reminder emails as well as cancellation and DNA alerts. Other emails are programmed to be sent automatically based on specific triggers within Pogozo.

We have created a number of default email templates for you to use. You can edit these and customise them to your business, or you can create new ones from scratch.

TIP Some automated email templates are hidden and are unable to be customised due to their very specific function within the system. For example you cannot edit the template when a client forgets their password.

To edit your email templates click on Settings then click Communication & Marketing and then select Email template.

Select the Edit button of the template you wish to edit.

You can now edit the emails sent to your clients including the subject line and the email itself. You can personalise your notifications with links and data points.

Don't forget to save your template by clicking the Update email template button at the bottom of the page.
