Push notifications are a quick and easy way to send notifications straight to your clients mobile phone without the cost of sending an SMS.
You can use push notifications for communications such as booking confirmations and reminder emails as well as cancellation and DNA alerts.
Other push notifications are linked to triggers within Pogozo. For example when a clients payment is declined they will automatically get a push notification alerting them.
We have created a number of default push notification templates for you to use, however you can edit these and customise them to your business.
TIP The notification template description will provide information about the default trigger for when the notification is scheduled to send.
To manage your push notifications click on Settings then click Communication & Marketing and then select Notification template.
To edit an existing template select the action Edit.
You can now edit the notification sent to your clients. You can personalise you notifications with links and data points.
TIP While your notifications can be as long as you want we recommend you keep notifications short and simple - 25 words or less is ideal
Don't forget to save your template by clicking the Update template button at the bottom of the page.
