When you scan a product, we receive the barcode and get to work uploading it to your Pointy page. If we already have the product information on file, it will appear almost immediately. If we do not have it on file, we need to source the product information (image and description) for you.

This process involves some human effort and can take time. While products are in the data sourcing process, they will not be displayed on your Pointy page. In certain cases we may not be able to find product images for an extended period of time, but we'll never stop looking!

Certain products with legal display restrictions may also not appear on your Pointy page.
