In what currency do you invoice?
We invoice exclusively in US Dollars (USD), regardless of your country of operation.
Where can I find my Polar invoices?
The location of your invoices depends on your payment method:
If you pay through Shopify:
Invoices and payments are managed through the Shopify App Store. You can find them by navigating to your Shopify admin > Apps > Polar Analytics. For more details, refer to Shopify’s guide on accessing app invoices.If you pay through Stripe:
You will receive your invoices via email every month.To edit your billing email or update your credit card, use this link: Stripe Billing Portal
Please note: Invoices are not stored within the Polar app. If you're unable to retrieve them via Shopify or Stripe, reach out to us via the in-app chat—we’re happy to help.
Subscription Management
Where can I see my current membership?
To check your plan and billing details:
Go to your Settings in the Polar dashboard
Navigate to the Account section
There, you’ll see information about your current subscription and connected workspaces.
How can I cancel my subscription?

The cancellation process will vary based on whether you're billed via Shopify or Stripe, so we’ll guide you accordingly once we know your setup.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Your data remains your own. Polar does not own any of your data—we only process it.
Upon cancellation, all connected data sources are deleted.
Uninstalling the app from Shopify will automatically disconnect your store from Polar Analytics.
