Use Polar MCP in Microsoft Copilot

Here's how to connect Polar and get answers in Microsoft Copilot

Use data from Polar Analytics directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences to:

  • Find and reference information stored in Polar Analytics

  • Ask questions in natural language and receive grounded responses

  • Surface relevant insights alongside your Microsoft 365 content

  • Incorporate Polar Analytics data into research, analysis, and decision-making workflows

It's available in:

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat

  • Researcher

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot app experiences (e.g. Excel)

Installation instructions

Admin enablement may be required

If you do not see the connector in the gallery, or if the Connect option is unavailable, your organization's IT Administrator may need to enable the connector for your tenant. Please contact your Microsoft 365 Administrator to review, approve, and turn on the connector before proceeding.

Click the + button and then Change data sources

Search for Polar and click Connect

Click Continue to Polar Analytics

Click Connect on the Polar page

Wait for the popup to close and then ask a test question like so to check the connection:

Once connected, simply ask Copilot questions that combine your Microsoft 365 context with information from Polar Analytics, such as:

  • Summarize last week's store performance from Polar Analytics and draft an email to my leadership team with the highlights.

  • Investigate why my CAC rose last week using Polar Analytics

  • In this Excel file, pull my actual net sales from Polar Analytics and calculate the differences vs the targets.

  • Build a weekly executive deck in PowerPoint from my Polar Analytics data: topline KPIs, marketing efficiency, product performance, and channel attribution, with week-over-week comparisons.
