If you notice a data discrepancy between any metics on your Key Metrics dashboard versus your Custom Reports, it's likely that this could be due to how you have your data settings configured.
For example, if you have your Orders settings configured to not include cancelled or $0.00 orders, this may yield a difference between how to data populates on your Key Metrics tab rather than Custom Reports. We recommend adjusting these settings to troubleshoot if this is where any discrepancies are coming from.
To note: Key Metrics exclude the Data Settings under the Orders field by default.
