The Optimization Insights table within the acquisition tab only visualizes the Facebook and Google campaigns that have a ROAS greater than 2 (for the “Expand these Segments” section), or a ROAS less than 1 (for the “Keep an eye on these Segments” section). This is based on the ad platforms’ ROAS reporting - not the Polar Pixel ROAS.
If the table says “No data available”, it is likely because you have no campaigns that fall into that ROAS category for the date range you have set. You can double check this by creating a Custom Report, pulling in Facebook ROAS and Google ROAS as your metrics, broken down by campaign title. This will give you insight into the current ROAS for both channels and why you may not be seeing data in the Optimization Insights table.
