1. Eligibility:
The Refer-a-Brand program (“Program”) is open exclusively to current customers of Polar Analytics (“Polar”) who are subscribed to a paid plan.
Referrers must be in good standing with Polar to participate.
2. Referral Rewards:
For each qualified referral, the referrer will receive a $50 Amazon voucher if the referred friend completes a demo call with Polar.
An additional reward of $250 in Polar credit will be granted if the referred friend becomes a paying Polar customer and maintains their subscription for at least 60 days. This credit will be issued after 60 days.
The referred friend will receive a 20% discount on their Polar subscription for the first three months.
3. Qualifying Referrals:
A qualifying referral must be a decision-maker or decision-influencer at an e-commerce business that could become a Polar customer.
4. Usage of Referral Codes:
Friends must mention the referrer's referral code during their demo call to qualify.
Polar reserves the right to limit or revoke voucher issuance if referral codes are found to be used in a manner inconsistent with the intended personal and private use.
5. Limitations and Restrictions:
Referrers cannot earn rewards for referring themselves or creating multiple accounts.
Polar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the referred customers and may deny rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.
Rewards are subject to availability and may change at Polar’s discretion.
There is no limit to how many referrals you can make to your network, but you can only earn vouchers for a maximum of 100 referrals.
For the referrer and friend to qualify for rewards, the friend needs to become a paying customer within 90 days of their first demo call with Polar.
6. General Conditions:
Participation in the Program constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Polar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program without prior notice.
Decisions by Polar regarding the Program and its rewards are final and binding.
7. Liability and Release:
By participating in the Program, participants agree to release and hold harmless Polar from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Program.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polar operates.
