This report is only accessed by higher up users and is found under "CSV EXPORTS" within Business Intelligence.
The Rota Amendments Audit report gives you a detailed report on amendments that have been made to the rotas. It highlights the employees rotas that have been amended, what rota session had been amended, created and deleted. It also highlights who actioned the amendments on the rotas and when it was actioned.
To generate the Rota Amendments Audit, first you will need to select the company you are trying to view.
Then select the trading year and the date range that would like to view.
Now select the relevant houses you want to see. If you want to see all of them then you can select the green "select all" button and to reset your selection of houses then you can press the red "select none" button.
Finally, you can generate the report and the Rota Amendments Audit CSV will appear as an excel document.
