This report is only accessed by higher up users and is found under "CSV EXPORTS" within Business Intelligence.
The Publish Rota Audit report gives you a detailed report on when the rota has been published. It highlights the house name and number, the week number and when the weeks start and end. It also gives information on the department that the rota has been published for, the action type whether it is published or notified and when/who it was actioned by.
To generate the Publish Rota Audit, first you will need to select the company that you would like to view.
Then select the trading year and date range you would like to view.
Now select the house or houses you want to view. You can view all houses by selecting the green "Select All" button and to reset the selection, select the red "Select None" button.
Finally, you can generate this report by selecting the "Generate Report" button. The report will appear as an excel Document.
