This report is only accessed by higher up users and is found under "CSV EXPORTS" within Business Intelligence.
The Holiday & Absence report gives you detailed information on holiday and absences taken by employees. The report highlights the name and house number of where the employee's works, their employee number, the date of the holiday/absence and the absence type. The report also highlights the length in days of the holiday/absence type.
To generate this report, first you will need to select what company you would like to view.
Then select the trading year and the date range you want to view.
Now select the houses you would like to view. To Select all houses select the green "Select All" button and to reset the selection, select the red "Select None" button.
Now you can select the "Generate Report" button which will generate the report as an excel document.
