To add KIT Days onto an employee's Maternity or Paternity firstly you will need to head over to the Staff Maintenance page onto People Management.
Once into the Staff Maintenance page, select the employee you would like to add KIT Days for.
When into their page, select the Absence & Leave module and click Details next to the record.
Once into the Maternity or Paternity page, you will be able to add KIT Days by clicking the ADD button under the KIT Days section.
Once you select the ADD option, you will be able to input a date for the KIT Day.
After the KIT Day has been selected, save the KIT Day (You will not be able to add a Rota session without the KIT Days selected).
Then make your way to any of the rota screens by selecting Rota Planner.
Then make your way to the employees rota screen and add in your rota session on the day you selecting your KIT Day.
The KIT Day has now been added for the employee.
