Cash Declaration is used for keeping track of the variance you have against the cash to bank on Polaris.
In order to access the Cash Declaration, you will need to access the Banking module on the Daily Input.
Once in the Banking screen, you will be able to view the Cash Declaration line.
Once you have inputted the figures into the Cash Declaration lines, the variance should change according to the figures you have inputted. Please note, you will have to add the figures in a monetary value as opposed to a numerical value (e.g. if you have £100 in £50 notes, you would input 100 instead of 2).
The Cash Declaration line requires being enabled, so if you'd like us to get that added for you please email support@polaris-elements.co.uk.
