If you are using Polaris One to check in and out, you will require a personalised pin code to use the system.
Once you have activated your account, you will have a valid log in for the app and the web portal (the log in credentials will be the same for both) - this will then generate a pin code for Polaris One.
To view your pin code, please open the app and click the "More" tab in the bottom right-hand corner.
Then, please click the "Security" option and select "Pin code". This will the un-hide your code that you can use for Polaris One.
