Adding Holiday Requests from the Employee Console

Add & Edit Holiday

  • On the left hand side select Days Off.

  • Click the drop down and three options will appear; Requests, Holiday Bookings and Absences.

  • To add a new holiday request, click the ADD NEW button in the top right hand corner and enter the DATE RANGE of the request and the REQUEST TYPE (holiday or unavailable to work). You can also add any notes if required.

  • In the unlikely event you want to request a HALF DAY only, you can select this from the SESSION TYPE before clicking SAVE.

  •  The holiday is now request and will remain with a PENDING status until your Manager approves the holiday. You will receive a notification once it's approved (or declined, with a reason for the holiday being declined)

  • Once approved, the holiday days will show as blocked out in Pink on your rota planner in the week your holiday is due.
