The Sundry Income module tracks any Other Income into your business that may not be considered a Major Revenue stream that directly affects your wage%.ย

Enter a total gross value for the day against each relevant income stream.
โ€‹Further Breakdown - Income can be broken down with a greater level of description entered by clicking the dropdown arrow on the right hand side of each section. This allows individual transactions (i.e. Gift Voucher sales) to be itemised. This breakdown can then be seen on the DETAILED SUNDRY INCOME report within Business Intelligence.ย

Examples of Sundry Income might include (but not be limited to):

Merchandise
T-shirts, hats, sauces, books etc.Door Income

Room/Venue Hire

(N.B. if neither of these are required to be part of your Daily Sales Module (and therefore affect your wage% directly)

Change Received

i.e. If change is delivered on a Wednesday but is not required until the weekend it is important that this is logged within the system so that it can be confirmed for Insurance purposes should you be broken into. The money can be declared as underbanked until the end of the trading week when it must be re-banked or bagged up for pickup.

Service Charge & Gratuities

Enter Service Charge and Gratuities as one total value. If this is paid through payroll or you run a Tronc Scheme see the article on Distributing Gratuities
