This report will be most useful to pub or hotel owners that possess multiple houses and employ their staff out to the different houses.
A great way to keep track of employees that are multi-employed around your business is by using the "Multiple Employment" report within Business Intelligence.
The report can be exported into both Excel and PDF form and will display information such as the hours worked at the the target house, the cost of NI and the cost of the multiple employment.
The report is located within the Employee Reports section of business intelligence.
To produce the report, all you need to do is choose your company from the company drop down tab. Choose the trading year (it will auto populate the current trading year, so adjust this if needed), and confirm the trading week(s).
You can also tick/untick the pay frequency and rate frequency boxes to further refine your search.
Furthermore, you can click the x on the houses if you don't want them included within your search.
Once you have entered the criteria, you can the generate the report and, as mentioned previously, can export to Excel or PDF.
