The Holiday/Absence Tracker can be used by pubs/hotels/restaurants of all sizes.
The aim of the report is to give you an overview of which employees are on holiday/absent from work in a specific timeframe.
This information can then be used to authorise holiday quickly and correctly for your staff and can help when producing rotas.
The report displays information such the employees name, the department they are in and whether they have any holiday booked in a particular period.
The report will display various letters and colours based on the type of absence that has been entered on the system - this is shown in the below photo.
To produce the Holiday/Absence Tracker, first you much navigate to the "Employee Reports" section within Business Intelligence.
Next, choose your company, the relevant holiday year, departments and the specific date range you would like to view.
To choose your date range, simply click the arrow on the date range box and drag across the period you would like including (it will appear blue once selected).
Furthermore, you can click the x on the houses if you don't want them included within your search.
Finally, all you have to do is click "Generate Report" - from there you can choose to export to PDF or Excel.
