The Period Performance Tracker is to be used at site level and is a great way for management to gauge sales performance.
The report will quickly display actual sales figures against the budget, the forecast and last years sales.
You can choose a week range of either four weeks, eight weeks, twelve weeks, twenty six weeks or all confirmed.
Furthermore, you can also include the upcoming four weeks if you require so.
The report is really simple to pull off and is found under "Performance Reports" within Business Intelligence. It is called "Performance Tracker".
All you need to do is choose the relevant trading year and the week range - as mentioned above.
Once all the requested parameters have been selected, click "Generate Report" and export the finished report to PDF.
However, if you'd rather see the data in chart form, click "Generate Chart" and a line graph will be compiled that can be saved or printed.
To download a JPEG, PNG, PDF or SVG Vector image of the chart, simply click the three bars on the right hand corner of the chart.
If you require a more detailed chart, click "Show Data Streams" to display more in-depth stats.
