The starters and amendments report can be used for businesses of all sizes but is especially useful for larger sites (this is a site log in report).
The report is found under "Employee Reports" within Business Intelligence.
The report will give you a snapshot of who has started at your site within a specific timeframe and can be useful when completing payroll.
It will offer information such as employee numbers, names, addresses, NI numbers and mobile numbers.
Where this becomes especially useful payroll-wise, is the amendments section of the report - it will show information such as bank detail/rate of pay changes.
To produce the report, simply choose the relevant trading year/week (you can choose a range of as many weeks as you like by clicking the blue calendar and dragging the date range).
You can further filter the report by ticking/unticking the pay frequency/rate frequency boxes.
